1、 Overview


SINAMICS V90 servo drive and simotics s s-1fl6 servo motor constitute a performance optimized and easy-to-use servo drive system. Eight drive types, seven different motor shaft height specifications, power ranges from 0.05kw to 7.0kw, and single-phase and three-phase power supply systems make it widely used in all walks of life, such as positioning, transmission, winding and other equipment, At the same time, the servo system can cooperate with s7-1500t/s7-1500/s7-1200 to realize rich motion control functions.

SINAMICS V90 is divided into two versions according to different applications: 1 Pulse sequence Version (integrated with pulse, analog quantity, uss/modbus) 2 PROFINET communication version SINAMICS V90 pulse version can realize the function of internal positioning block, and has pulse position control, speed control and torque control modes. SINAMICS V90 PN version integrates PROFINET interface and can communicate with upper controller through profidrive protocol.

SINAMICS V90 driver has various integrated control modes to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications:

Pulse train input position control mode (PTI)

Internal position control mode (IPOs)

Speed control mode

Torque control

Integrated positioning function

Position, speed and acceleration settings can be entered

Integrated reference function

Feedforward and feedback or a combination of digital inputs for position selection

Positioning step enabling signal from external digital quantity input

PLC can be used to realize point-to-point positioning without positioning function.

Integrated braking resistor for all frame sizes

All frame specifications are integrated with braking resistors to dissipate regenerative power during high-speed braking.

Most applications can be achieved without the use of additional braking resistors.


Integrated band brake switch

Integrated band brake switch – if a motor with band brake is used, the band brake can be directly connected to the driver.

The band brake can be connected without the use of an external relay.
